Being positive

I think its about having goals.

Instead of thinking of problems, think of solutions.

You don’t need to think about your problems, they will come up time and time again by themselves, or go away by themselves.  You just need to think of solutions to right here and right now.  Then as you solve more and more problems, you will work your way through the mess.

 

It’s about taking steps.  And the happiness is in taking steps and taking control over how you live your  life.  Life is continous, so it is not outcome based.  It’s about a sequence of outcomes, a sequence of events and situations that are constantly changing.
